Fallen Angel Lucifer

Remember that fourth angel? Satan Lucifer! When the male protagonist said the name of the angel to Fiona, the story took a turn. It was the horn of the angel's beginning to fall! The whole movie is written as a process of the fall of an angel!
The male protagonist was wronged and innocent. For Fiona, Deer and Mom, he just wanted to help them end their pain! This is the kind he learned when he was a child, but when he grew up, the society taught him that it is not kind, and it is wrong to give up life easily (controversial). He then contradicted and wondered whether he was still a good person! When he killed the second girl, it was more to cover up the crime than to end the pain of the second girl. That's why the dog representing the good would say that I now confirm that you are not a good person! In the end, it's totally evil when you kill the fat man! But even if he fell, Lucifer was always an angel, so the male protagonist finally sought salvation!
In the whole film, the dog is the incarnation of goodness, but in my opinion it is hypocrisy, the incarnation of the good in society. The cat is not so much evil, as it is the inner self!
When the male protagonist killed Fiona, he asked, Fiona said that he was a villain, and the dog said he was kind, but only the cat said you were yourself! As long as the cat not only accepts his good, but also understands his evil! Just like Lucifer, he only fell in pursuit of freedom! So I think this is the reason why the hero always listens to cats~

Jerry Hickfang: Well, I'm a little bit bummed.

Fish: No duh, she stood you up!

    Jerry Hickfang: I'm sure there's a reason.

Fish: I sure hope so. Wish I could help you Jerry... uuh, but I'm just a fish.
