Western film in 1992, Oscar for best picture in 1993, most recent director, best photographer, best supporting actor. The works of Clint Eastwood, and even the main theme of the film’s music, were written by Eastwood himself. The film also won the first Oscar since the film, although it is not a performance award. It should be said that this is a very good film, especially the script (this script is said to have been circulated in Hollywood for 20 years) and the handling of events and characters is very good, I like it very much. The performances of these old guys didn't say anything about it. But in terms of the overall form of the film, Eastwood is still hard to impress people enough compared to the great works of his mentor Sergio Leone (Sergio Leone).
Wonderful dialogue:
Ned Logan: I sure do miss my bed.
Logan: I really miss my bed .
Bill Munny: You said that last night. Munny: You said that last night
.
Ned Logan: No last night I said I missed my wife, tonight I just miss my goddamn bed
.
