The solitary cry of a taxpayer

This film focuses on the European welfare system that we all envy. The male protagonist Blake is unable to work due to illness and wants to apply for social welfare to support his living expenses. However, the welfare agency requires him to provide various certifications, and the cumbersome procedures annoyed Blake. At the same time, I met a single mother with two children who also did not apply for benefits. A warm story happened.

The enviable social welfare system also has many problems, and the European economy is becoming more and more decadent, the employment problem cannot be solved, and the welfare cannot cover everyone. The European people seemed to suppress a grievance in their hearts. When Blake's radical behavior of spraying graffiti on the wall happened, the passing crowd supported Blake overwhelmingly. Even so, it cannot solve such a big gap. The act of stealing food when single mothers receive free supplies is shocking! That kind of despair that had been backlogged for too long was suddenly released, and my heart rolled over at that time, but I couldn't fully understand her emotions firsthand.

It also mentioned the issue of Made in China. It feels that Chinese manufacturing has impacted the entire European manufacturing industry. Perhaps China is an olive branch of the European economy.

The whole film has always been from the perspective of the character Blake to expose the shortcomings of this system, both cruel and warm. It was just before he fell that he struggled to win the basic rights as a taxpayer. Such a dramatic conflict brought the film to an end. There has never been an attitude from government agencies or directors that the official or director wants to express, which is exactly in line with the title of the film "I am Black", which is an independent cry from an ordinary taxpayer.

At the end of the film, the audience consciously remembered the warm applause. It was the first experience, and the atmosphere was very moving. This should be the best feedback to the director.
