Bad police with offline IQ and tough rookie

First of all, the structure of the whole movie is still very good. Making a day into a complete movie shows the director’s skill. With the addition of the two male protagonists’ overwhelming acting skills, there is no peeing in the whole process, although the details and ending Not so perfect, but still worthy of a five-star film: 2 stars for the performance tension of the two male protagonists, 1 star for the storyline, 1 star for the director's rhythm control, and 1 star for the foreshadowing of my personal preference.

The background of the story is in Los Angeles, palm trees, low bungalows, black/Mexicans, drugs, very California style. The main story revolves around Caiji's one-day npc internship mission. The ignorant Caiji who just entered the workplace, with his lofty ideals of the police profession, meets this seemingly bad black drug detective inspector. On the next day, the leader gave him lessons, claiming to be a deterrent education, staged real work of various anti-drug work, and broke Caiji's stereotype of traditional policemanship, and his face was confused with the rhythm. The final ending is still the traditional Hollywood ending. It can be seen that the director wants to express something, but there is no special surprise.

Finally, talk about what I didn’t understand:

First: Why did the black boss pull Caiji into the team? To be honest, Caiji didn't play any role in the whole incident. Without him, it could be finished completely.

Second: The so-called Dao is not conspiring, either my friend or my enemy must die, why not encircle him when there are a lot of people in the small dark room, and after he unguarded and turned and left, he shot with a shot. If you can't leave, you have to spend money to design him.

Third: You are all in the gang with a gun to beat the boss, do you think people will let you go? You were stupidly designed, and finally you lent the gun to others to play. The audience knows that this link is not right. After working in the police academy for 2 years, I didn't have this acuity, and the director didn't handle it well.

Fourth: Caiji turned on the violent mode and jumped from the second floor with a semi-crippled body, and then the black police flicked their cars to throw people off, and then they were killed. I'm really confused at this point, why can't I open the door of the car after he hit it down and kill him with a single shot. The rookie is half disabled, and your black policeman is full of blood, even if it is not worthy of a single challenge, you will waste time there and dump the car? ? ? Black question mark face! ! !

Everyday is a training day. But when it comes to Chinese names, I am still shocked by education. -------In this way, the face of society is suddenly torn off. Can we, who see the truth, be able to hold onto our ideals?

Training Day quotes

  • Stan Gursky: [in a steakhouse restaurant] Alonzo, heard you had an expensive weekend in Vegas. How did you ever screw up so bad?

Alonzo: Hey, I didn't know. It's not my town. I'm not omniscient.

Lou Jacobs: The Russians don't care if you have a badge. They'll whack you. You ought to hop a jet out of here.

Alonzo: Why? It's an easy fix. I'll just cash in on an account.

    Stan Gursky: Which one?

Alonzo: One of my old ones, my first one. The guy's a high security risk anyway. If I'm not around, who's gonna help keep him off the radar?

Stan Gursky: All right, it's your call. I do not want you to dick this up. I don't want to see you on the front page like the rest of those assholes.

  • Jake: [after meeting with the Three Wise Men] How much money was in that bag?

    Alonzo: 40 G's.

    Jake: What was that for?

    Alonzo: You really wanna know?

    Jake: Yeah. I asked, didn't I?

Alonzo: Nothing's free in this world, Jake. Not even arrest warrants.

Jake: Shit, I didn't wanna know.
