Classic is enduring

Griffin Mill is a producer for a film company, and every day he selects a few of the many scripts to make a movie. When he arrived at the studio in the morning, he received a threatening postcard. In two weeks, he received a total of seven. Together with the competition between Fox Studios Larry Levy and him, he became uneasy. Griffin came to see his boss, and the boss hoped that he and Li Wei could become a team. After returning to the office, he received another postcard threatening to kill him. He started investigating and found that David Kahn, a screenwriter who was rejected by him six months ago, called him, but it was David’s girlfriend Joan who answered the call. Griffin learned that David was going to the movie So I went to the cinema to look for David. After finding David, David angered Griffin, and Griffin killed David. After Griffin went to work the next day, he found out that Li Wei had become his colleague. The security chief of the studio had an argument with him because of Griffin and David's death. Then Griffin went to David's funeral and was discovered by Joan. Griffin sent Joan home and returned to the studio. The police asked him about some things about him and David. Griffin received a phone call while watching the movie with his boss. He followed the instructions of the phone and came to the agreed place, but suddenly two screenwriters appeared to tell him the script. In the end, the person did not show up. Griffin drove away, but A snake was found in the car. Griffin killed the snake and went to Joan's house and confessed to her. After work, Griffin pushed the script he heard last night to Li Wei. In the evening, he took Joan to the film donation meeting, and the police had been monitoring him. Griffin sent Joan home and invited her to Mexico next week. Early the next morning, the police took Griffin to the police station. Griffin returned to the studio from the police station. The security officer advised him not to go to Mexico, but Griffin would not listen. Griffin found the police at the airport, so he changed his plan to take Joan to Desert Hot Springs. Griffin received a call from the lawyer Dick in Desert Hot Springs asking him to go to the police station to participate in the witness identification. Griffin was lucky because the witness identification was wrong. Escape.

A year later, Griffin received a call from Li Wei on his way off work, listened to the script "Big Player" introduced by the screenwriter recommended by Li Wei, and returned home.

Self-mockery and deconstruction, drama and reality, pay homage to an anti-type of film noir, like a big joke made by a big player; the first long shot in the opening is not only "long", but also laying the tone. It came out; the lines were well written, and in some places it was as if I heard Ultraman showing off his strength.

The protagonist of the opening scene is really amazing, worthy of the group portrait multi-line master, the shots of walking through the room and running through the water, stringing the relationship between the characters, and the scheduling skills are amazing. It's an ironic thing about Hollywood blockbusters-only those films with suspense, thriller, sex, nudity, HE ending can get the audience's psychology and sell at the box office; in this seamless industrial system, the screenwriter As the core element of the film, the sales of the story outline has also become a high-level marketing art. The mixed movie dealers have their own magical skills, and the various insiders are dark and secret. The emergence of "snake" as a symbol of temptation is not new. The more advanced arrangements are based on the illusion between reality and imagination, including the abnormal behavior of the police, which is like a confused and anxious mental projection of the male protagonist; the end of the play is very much processed. Irony, and the last story idea is both deconstructive, and there is no lack of black humor; various posters and plots have an intertextual effect.
