exactly

I said the exact reason is that I have been in a low mood recently, and I happened to see such a movie.

Right now, I am at the juncture of transformation. Some things will always come to me and overwhelm me, so I am extremely tired both mentally and physically. After a month of internship, I went back to school and looked for a movie to watch as usual. I saw this movie, and only watched it once.

Judging from the fact that I have watched so many movies, there are quite a few similar to this genre. I feel that I have touched some laws of American movies, which are probably caused by some major event, and then start with the details and the development of the plot step by step. The predicament, especially the details, is indeed admirable, but after all, I am not very observant and cannot see it all. For the plot, the protagonist either asks his own demons or asks for the difficulties of the outside world.

From this film, I saw Freudian psychology, and I don’t know what other people think. I know that contemporary so-called psychoanalysts are basically Freud’s apprentices. Freud’s so-called inner I feel that the outer mind and the original mind are also reflected. The sex can be seen from the masturbation mentioned by the male protagonist.

Although most of the focus is on the family with grudges, but both love and friendship are reflected. What is rational and emotional is not worth mentioning, because it is easy to find these points of view.

Some people always express their emotions easily, cry when they are sad, laugh when they are happy, but some people try to suppress their emotions, so they become shackles in their hearts, because suppressing human beings will always force themselves into Extreme or indifferent situations, and some mistakes are knots that can never be forgotten in a lifetime, can never be solved in a lifetime, stubborn, emotional, rational, extreme, this is the feeling this movie gives me

The plot does not need to be made too clear, after all, things in the movie must have a sense of turning

After all, it's a good movie

  • Conrad "Con" Jarrett: [Berger is pretending to be Buck, Con's older brother] Bucky, I didn't mean it! Bucky, I didn't mean it!

    Dr. Berger: What?

Conrad "Con" Jarrett: I said put the sail down, but you said keep it starboard, and then we go over! And you say "Hang on, Hang on!", but then you let go! Why'd you let go?

Dr. Berger: Because I was tired!

Conrad "Con" Jarrett: Oh yeah? Well, screw you, you jerk!

Dr. Berger: [Back in reality] It hurts to be mad at him, doesn't it?

Conrad "Con" Jarrett: God, I loved him. It's not fair. You just do one wrong thing, and...

Dr. Berger: And what was the one wrong thing you did? You know. You know.

Conrad "Con" Jarrett: I hung on. I stayed with the boat.

    Dr. Berger: Exactly.

  • Jeannine: [In a McDonalds restaurant booth Conrad sits with Jeannine, the suicide attempt scars on Conrad's wrist are displayed] Did it hurt?

Conrad "Con" Jarrett: I don't remember, really.

Jeannine: You don't want to talk about it?

Conrad "Con" Jarrett: I've never really talked about it. To doctors. But, not to anyone else. You're the first who's asked.

Jeannine: Why did you do it?

Conrad "Con" Jarrett: Uh... I don't know. It was like... falling into a hole. It keeps getting bigger and bigger and you can't escape. All of a sudden, it's inside... and you're the hole. You're trapped. And it's all over. Something like that. It's not really scary... except when you think back on it. 'Cause you know what you were feeling...
