sci-fi movies from a new angle

Movies with the theme of confrontation between humans and artificial intelligence are not uncommon for a long time. I have personally seen a review. From the beginning of the "Terminator" series, all human protagonists have looked at robots and artificial intelligence, telling the story of the awakening of human creation consciousness and counterattacking human beings, "I, The same is true in Robot. The protagonists of the two recent Alien prequels and Blade Runner 2049 have begun to transition from humans to human creations, but still within a human-centric framework. However, the game "Detroit: Become Human" has a breakthrough in the setting of the main perspective, and the same is true for this film.

The film's time setting is undoubtedly in the future, in which humans lost Earth in a conflict and were forced to evacuate to Mars. After the victory, the artificial intelligence chose to delete the memory of most individuals of the war, and most of them became ordinary "human beings" and lived the life of the old human beings. A few have retained painful memories of the conflict fifty years ago and have made some preparations for a possible future counterattack by humanity. The artificial intelligence in the film becomes similar to humans after awakening, not aiming to replace humans, but more like fighting for living space and letting go of hatred after this goal is achieved. The hero and heroine and the two children are all artificial intelligence, and the hero's nightmares are fragments of old memories. Other individuals with symptoms of the male protagonist were re-brainwashed to eliminate bugs during the treatment, and the male protagonist ran home because he had a lot of heart (by mistake), catching up with the moment of human counterattack.

It seems that human beings have not had a good time in the past 50 years. They wear strange clothes that seem to be fished out of the sewers, hold rusty weapons that do not look like future technology, and have become thin and slender. Returning to Earth to reclaim their homeland from savage predators, the hatred of 50 years of exile has left them merciless in the face of their enemies. However, the human soldier was still stunned when he saw the child, and then in the dialogue with the protagonist, he expressed that he did not come to break up the family to kill the child, and helped the protagonist couple. In the end, the artificial intelligence was temporarily repelled and hid in an underground secret base to prepare for a comeback...

The artificial intelligence in this film is the most human-like and the most human in my opinion, which is what sets this film apart. Coupled with the setting of this unique world view, if the cast and crew are more luxurious, maybe it will be possible to create another "Matrix" series? However, the slots are still full, the family who can't stop on the road to death, the setting that the neighbors are always cannon fodder, and the heart of the Virgin that is still flooding in the battle for the survival of the two races. These may become unacceptable parts of the audience. . But in general, this film is relatively good among netflix sci-fi works, and the plot is not unconventional. I hope netflix can find more excellent sci-fi scripts and shoot them. I will watch as much as I shoot.

Peter: [narrating] Our world keeps moving. Changing. Evolving. And so do we. I know who I am now. And I know my enemy. We're not that different. Maybe, if others can see that, we'll have a future after all.
