Ha Jung Woo is a truly gifted character actor, playing the role of an impotent serial killer. The quick arrest of the killer, the two anti-climax and the low ending make the film break away from the stereotype of traditional crime chase and escape films. The commissary scene, paired with a slow-motion hammer splattering blood, is desperate and heartbreaking. The disadvantage is that there are more coincidences and flaws. (8.5/10)
