Before watching the new version of The Storm, I watched The Storm in 1977. The bold use of colors and the adrenaline-stimulating weird music made my spine go cold, especially the music, which can be said to be very harsh, but I have to say that it brings The horror effect is also wonderful. In addition to the fact that the storyline is too thin, in the end, Lucy easily killed Marcos, which can be said to be a little disappointing.
The new version makes up for the shortcomings of the old version of the plot. It has a beginning and an end. It tells that Lucy is a goddess and the "mother" of everyone. The modern dance in the film is powerful and weird. But the new version of Lucy is not afraid of danger from beginning to end, very calm, and does not bring the sense of shock to the audience. But the counter-kill at the end is really heartening.
So I think it's a horror cult movie worth watching. Recommend~
