There are different reasons for Gulliver's voyage into Little Man Island by accident: in the original book, Gulliver is a doctor who works on a ship, while in the movie, Gulliver goes out to explore the sea because he is not good at rejecting the request of his crush.
Gulliver has a different tendency to fight and open things up with the enemy: in the movie, there are many people who dislike Gulliver in the country, including the king, queen and several ministers, while in the original book, his enemy has only one army commander, including the island nations. The stories of opposing struggles are different.
Gulliver's story of benefiting Lilliput is somewhat different: the movie preserves the classic plots of Gulliver's rescue in Lilliput in the original book, such as peeing to put out a fire. In addition, some other interesting and beneficial stories for Lilliput are added.
Gulliver left Lilliput for different reasons: in the original book, Gulliver fled to avoid the murder of the villain's king and ministers, but in the movie, he defeated the ring people and brought about peace between the two rival Lilliputians. Finally, he left happily in the happy ending of Datuanguo.
