Why don't you dare to watch a clean movie

A clean and simple campus movie. About an ordinary sophomore girl

The girl who had 10,000 ideas in her head but was cowardly in reality, promised herself to change and always gave herself one more reason not to do it.

The poor little girl who only dared to vent and growl in front of her father thought that I would find a way to end her father's death. Maybe it's not because I love my dad so much, maybe it's more selfish, because no one can stand my sudden little emotions and bad temper. If the only person in the world who can help me is gone, is there really any point in living my sad life?

This is the movie I watched on the first night in Korea with my boyfriend watching the deafening Batman next to him.

The real soundtrack is very special

The "cool" of adolescence should take many forms, but it's definitely not wearing headphones at the dinner table, trying to get attention on social networks, or trying to integrate into any group. If you can understand this, it may be considered a bit of growth. The last paragraph of my father's words is a little touching TT. PS. The soundtrack is too electric. Worthy of being a post-90s director orz

Eighth Grade quotes

  • Kayla: But it's like, being yourself is, like, not changing yourself to impress someone else.

  • Mark Day: You're wrong. If you grow up to have a daughter like you, she will make you so so happy. Being your dad makes me so happy, Kayla. You don't know; you don't know how happy you make me. It's beyond... I can't describe it. It's so easy to love you. It's so easy to... to be proud of you. I'm not just saying this. I swear to God, I'm not just saying this. Sure, sometimes if I see you're upset or having a rough day, then I feel sad. But that kind of being sad, that sort of day-to-day sad, or worrying that I do, that's not... Kayla, always beneath all that, I am always so unbelievably happy that I get to be your dad.
