When I watched it without spoilers, I always thought that the kidnapping was designed by their mothers, but it just got out of control. I always thought he was a black-bellied heroine, waiting for the moment when she turned black. Is he really innocent or is the old man testing his mother with this?
It wasn't until the end that I realized that it was the real kidnapping of his grandfather, and I really didn't want to take any money, but the whole part of kidnapping and extortion was like playing. I didn't see the ferocity of the kidnappers, but it felt very mentally retarded, except for the part where the ears were cut off.
The part of his grandfather is also ambiguous. The so-called greed for money can be felt in some places. It's just that the actor's own acting skills are not enough to support the plot.
And the part where the boy's father came out before was why I always thought it was an ambush for his mother's blackening, but it was strange that his father's soy sauce was a bit redundant. The whole film felt that the director was playing with me. In one move, the snow walked without a trace, but nothing was left behind!
