Walter: I know, I know, my brother left something in the car, and when the car is found, it's back.

[Action: I think Walter's request is unreasonable.

[Reaction: Stick to your request.

Beat #2

Staff: In that case, I can get in touch with the lost and found department.

Walter: No, no, we want that car.

[Action: Go further to make Walter give up.

[Reaction: Unyielding, firm attitude.

Beat #3

Staff: Then I can't help, I can't find the car

Walter: Why? You have the license plate number on your watch.

Staff: Yes.

Walter: Then tell us the license plate number and we'll figure it out ourselves.

[Action: Reject his request.

[Reaction: I found a reason that is beneficial to myself, and I am ruthless.

Beat #4

Staff: But I can't keep you stranded in the parking lot, sir.

Walter stopped: Why not? We are already here!

Staff: I can only ask you to come back to the office with me.

Walter was speechless. For a moment, he called not far away: Travis!

[Action: Continue to exert pressure.

[Reaction: I'm about to give up my request.

Staff: But I can rent an identical car from you.

Travis: We need that car, Walter, how about another car!

[Action: If you feel that you have won, you can make some concessions.

Beat #7

Walter: (helplessly, to the staff) Give us the license plate number, please. Beauty, please!

The staff picked up the watch in his hand: Well, the license plate number is 667-DJP.

Walter: Remember? (Speaking together with Travis) 667-DJP.

Staff: Yes.
