I was very lucky to be drawn to Tao Tao Linlin's movie viewing group event, and then I went to watch it on Friday. Before I went, I didn't know much about this movie. I saw the title of the film as a sequel to boxing, and I could immediately guess the routine of first falling into a trough and then going up to defeat the opponent.
At the beginning, I found that it was indeed the case: boxing champion Creedy faced his "father's hatred" opponent, suffered a fiasco and fell into a low point in his life. With the help of coach Rocky and his family, he overcame psychological obstacles and regained his strength. Although the plot is routine, several involved clips are surprising.
1. Soundtrack
Black people + boxing, it is conceivable that rap is indispensable, but the use of rap BGM in the movie is more restrained, but the symphony for the climax has a grander atmosphere and a sense of solemnity.
2. Water training
In the movie, Creed has all kinds of magical perverted training methods, but the most impressive is the clip of him hitting or falling in the water, silently hiding in the blue water, or working hard or giving up, so training is not so much. It's more like wrestling with your own heart.

But in fact, this movie made me have a lot of life feelings outside the routine, maybe because I have reached a certain age, maybe there are a lot of trivial things recently.

Rocky is not only the guide of the boxer in the movie, the witness of the father's feud of the previous generation, and perhaps the scene of Creed's old age. Life has its ups and downs, Rocky is old, and he understands that it is too difficult to go upstream, so at first he would rather cheat and be scolded for being weak and hope that Creed can be safe.

Can be locked in the desert and reborn to experience rebirth. The unconventional training in the desert can be seen as rebirth in this way. The double meaning adds to the impression of the word heroic in my heart.
And for a good boxing movie, we actually need a good opponent to face it. Ukraine's old enemy has been burdened with the resentment of the previous generation since he was a child. He is talented, capable and diligent, but it is a pity that he became his father's revenge tool, so he has psychological shortcomings and was finally defeated. But their lives are also moving forward, and their father and son have finally reconciled after a long period of time at a critical juncture in the ring.
So, life is still very long, no matter whether you need to play or not, there will always be wins and losses. As a part of social relations, we receive care and hope. Too many people think that this is what they should and must. In fact, this is not the meaning of itself. Maybe our life is dull and inactive, maybe we don’t have the opportunity to ask ourselves what the meaning of my efforts is at the moment of breaking the boat. At this time, there may be such a movie to tell us: reality is only a small step, and the state of mind needs to go through a thousand mountains.
