so called devil

Overall it still feels like a good movie. When you know the title of the film and listen to the soundtrack, you know that a lot of people will die, and you know the approximate outcome. Although it was originally because of the horror, the death or injury of some people is still very worrying, and the rescuers, including repairmen and security guards. The existence of demons may be clear in this film. As for the casualties of the rescuer, I can only say that this is the devil, and will never let anyone stop him, even the innocents involved. It's really hard to admit to yourself. But that alone is absolutely invincible. It is the assumption of responsibility and the implementation of behavior after admitting oneself. This, I still agree with the ending. In this regard, I doubt the nature of the demon in the film. Not to kill sinners arbitrarily, but to force people to face themselves.

A story of crime and punishment, a story of forgiveness and redemption, the film pace is quite good, the ending is not as bad as the legend, and the security guard who was electrocuted looked like Sean Penn...

Devil quotes

  • Dwight: [over radio] You sure you're reading that right? Your eyes ain't what they used to be.

Lustig: [in control room] You know what, I'll ask your mom to read it for me next time I got her bent over the console.

Dwight: My mom's 78, have at it.

  • Ramirez: [seeing ghostly face on monitor] You see it?

Lustig: Yeah, look, that's just... That's just grain in the image. That's, you know, it's a mistake. It's like when people see Jesus in a pancake or something.
