about cars in movies

I'm not someone who understands Mexico, but I love that the director uses the car as an emotional vehicle in the film.

The first is the doctor's father's return home. Outside the car, the long-lost child and his wife happily welcomed him, but the father in the car didn't show up for a long time.

It's not a car for the family, it's so big that it's bound to scrape the mirrors and get shit. The mother, who is out of control, may not be able to control its huge size and shove it into the middle of the two cars.

Towards the end, when my mother drove a light car into the door, the car nimbly and smoothly drove into the narrow passage. At that time, the word "solved" appeared in my mind, and it was really, really comfortable. The character change can be felt by parking, and she solves her "problem".

The car is both a metaphor and a real reality in the story.

1015 is extremely disappointing wishful thinking, like trying to embrace the sea, but finally grabbing a foam. En présence d'Alfonso Cuarón

SO POWERFUL! ACADEMY AWARD!!! In fact, this film reminds me of Zama I watched not long ago. There are many similarities, including the fusion relationship between individuals and the background and the capture of natural scenes, but they are different. It made me feel the shock of homogeneity, and the two films were Top 3 of the year.

    Sra. Sofía: What?

    Cleo: I didn't want her.

    Sra. Sofía: They're ok.

Cleo: I didn't want her to be born.

Sra. Sofía: We love you so much, Cleo. Right?

    Cleo: Poor little thing.
