I watched it for two beauties, Nicole Kidman and Elle Fanning. I thought it was called "The Secret of Picking Up a Party" and it should be a dog-blooded love popcorn comedy.
This is a goddessless, absurd, alien, punk, romance film.
There is no goddess. Nicole is a neurotic punk godmother who smokes, drinks, and burns her head. She has had miscarriages, been abandoned and hurt, and is not sexually tempted, but she knows the meaning of life. Fanning is an extraterrestrial, innocent and curious little girl who doesn't understand anything. She falls in love with a punk guy, 48 hours of love punk road, can be crazy, affectionate, and rational.
absurd. Accidentally broke into an alien party wearing a latex tights with high color saturation; the dialogue with the alien's donkey lips is not right, the male protagonist three fools thought they were an American cult organization trying to commit suicide ; In the end, the big melee between punks and aliens; kisses can be pregnant, and there are little stars in the eyes of pregnancy, and when there are little stars, the two have the same heart and soul.
Alien. The six major families experience life on earth, red--practice acrobatics, orange--sex temptation, yellow--shouting freedom, blue--strange dolphin sound, purple--magic dance, white--the highest patriarch; strange and terrifying A ritual where parents eat their children; a collective jump off the earth.
punk. Punk lovers roar and sing like drugs; big smoky makeup, big bangs, rivets, metal clothes.
love. 48 hours of crazy punk road, eating a tomato, singing "eat me Daddy", yelling at each other's mouth, slapping hamburgers on the wall of "no garbage here", etc. Hee hee ha ha; the male protagonist calls his punk friends to save his lover; the female protagonist gives up to stay together in order to give birth to a child.
The tones are bold and colorful, with visual impact and high saturation; the music is restless, crazy, and yelling; the plot is brainy, mixed and messy.
After reading it, I was confused and psychedelic, expressing that I couldn't appreciate it, and it was difficult to accept it, and it was not my aesthetic.
Regarding the central idea, I only catch two sentences.
"evolve or die"--------The aliens vote to abolish the ritual of parents eating their children; aliens combine with earthlings (this metaphor should be read a lot).
"At least we are alive" ------- Punk is doing what you want to do, that is, doing the opposite, that is, regardless of the world, regardless of the rules, crazy play, crazy love.
Regarding that virus, there are two layers.
If I love you, you become my virus.
If you are my enemy, I will be your virus to control your mind.
finally.
This is not a dog-blooded comedy popcorn romance, it's completely headline-grabbing, completely psychedelic, and very confusing.
