Red-haired Mary transfers to the country. She is enthusiastic and energetic and wants to help the people around her, but she always messes up clumsily. Inadvertently, he was guided into the local forest by the black cat, and found a witch's flower with a strange blue light and picked a bunch of it back. Life continued to be uneventful, but the loss of the black cat's lover, the gray cat, made her walk into the forest again, found a magic broom locked in a vine, and accidentally used a witch's flower to start the journey to magic. Magical trip to school.
On the island suspended in the air, there is a huge magic university. Among them, the image of the doctor is a bit like the uncle burning coal in Hayao Miyazaki's animation, the image of the principal is similar to the evil mother-in-law in Spirited Away, and everything about the magic school is, well, far less attractive than Harry Potter.
The principal and the doctor wanted to use the powerful power of the Witch's Flower to create omnipotent magic. For their own desires, they experimented again and again, turning many creatures in the forest into terrifying monsters. In order to save her little friend Peter, after the magic disappeared, Mary resolutely broke into the magic school, and finally used magic to destroy the terrible monster and abandoned the last magic flower in the world.
The plot is not new, and the pictures are not as beautiful as Miyazaki's. The characters in the magic school are nothing new, only Mary's red hair is more eye-catching, which reminds me of Anne with red hair. Her character is also somewhat like Annie, full of energy and cuteness in her recklessness.
But the same magic theme, this movie is far less exciting than the witch's delivery service. Qiqi in TA-Q-Bin is studying alone in a city, the strangeness of the new city, the warmth of the bakery proprietress, the joy and twists and turns of running a courier business, the test of magic failure, and the friendship with the old grandmother. From the initial hostility, to the disappointment of not being able to make an appointment because of work, to the heroic rescue of the boy, the two experience the invention of riding a bicycle and flying in the wind together, and many, many details support a movie. And this Witch's Flower doesn't seem to resonate and stay in memory too much.
