This is a film that observes the complexities of the city of Istanbul from the perspective of cat lovers caring for stray cats. The content involves all aspects of society, including: the relationship between people and cats, the relationship between cats and cats, the contradiction between religions, the contradiction between Islamic culture and European culture, the contradiction between tradition and modernity, the contradiction between people The relationship and contradiction with nature, the contradiction between faith and the world...(etc.). What is the meaning of the Suleymaniye Mosque on the top of the mountain that repeatedly appears in the film? The same recurring relationship between the Bosphorus and the city also hints at the creator’s true intentions…. But you can only ignore these things, and just happily play cats, cats, cats on the silver screen! Just as you can only pay attention to Anatolia in Turkey to see those colorful hot air balloons, but you cannot pay attention to the ignorance of the label that Anatolia is the origin of wheat and one of the origins of human civilization!

Very well done, better than any other Mao documentaries I've seen before. The cat slaves in Istanbul (mostly males in the film) have a very interesting description of cats, and the various cute and scheming city cats who appeared in the film are also very good~ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Suck it, suck it Suck it! ! ! ??????

The city of cats is well-deserved.

  • Elif Nursad Atalay: When you're alone for long periods your animal instincts get sharper. I really believe that. Maybe it's a quality that should be developed more in all of us. As if it's better to be so human, so modern. There's a power you can feel within yourself, of a wild creature. I think everyone needs to discover that in themselves. Cats are satisfied with their existence. And they're very sure of their character
