The so-called Batman Ninja I saw was Transformers War, a gorilla swept the protagonist and a group of villains around, and everyone repeatedly defected. The characters of various Warring States daimyo have a gimmick, but in fact they are all supporting roles without brains. The whole movie has a big layout design, but the content is very empty.
But the picture is really well done, and every frame except for the 3D war is worthy of being a wallpaper.
