There are a lot of suspense points. Why do I keep taking medicine and not get cured? Why don't the two people who got married at the beginning know each other? Is it a flashback? If so, why did the director know the name of RATH? Why did the fat policeman specifically mention this name during the individual training session? What is the relationship with the psychiatrist SCHMITT?

It seems that the core is the roll of tape. There are currently two forces looking for this tape, one is the police, the other is RATH and the group behind it (including doctors, businessmen, directors)
