"Dune" is a movie that transcends time and space and has never been filmed. Like Paul, the hero who had his throat cut, the spirit of Dune has been carried on, and its meaning has gone beyond form. As constantly mentioned in the documentary, Open the mind, Jodorowsky's Dune, is trying to create a prophet, change the world's thinking, a revolution. Thinking about the reason why the film was stillborn cannot be explained by the huge production costs and film duration alone. The too advanced will and ambition have discouraged the giants. Obviously, Dune's idea did not achieve what Zuo Du said "Was ambitious, but not too." The idea was too huge. Even if Zuo Du did shoot it, it might not be much better than Lynch's. ideal realist. Do not let your dreams just be dreams. But what I have to say is that after DUNE's plan was circulated in Hollywood, part of the will it carried was still reflected in various movies and finally presented to the audience. ("Alien", "Star Wars", etc.) Finally, I quoted Zuo Du's words "You want to be immortal? Fight to be immortal." PS: The documentary actually aroused my desire to brush "Dune" for a second time. It was very sleepy but very annoying. Value ☞ ah! Read more books, read more newspapers, watch movies, and sleep less! Ha ha
