The "mutants" in reality are actually the LGBT community. You'll never know the hardships of their situation when you don't see things in their shoes. This show has taught me to treat everyone equally from different races, cultures, religions, and sexual orientations that are different from most people in the world. When a play is educational, it becomes heavy and profound, and it has the necessity of its existence. "The Gifted" is one such show. Some people are not born with sin, it's just that we need to change our prejudiced outlook.
