I always thought that the policeman who told everything would vindicate the deceased. After seeing it, I realized that his confession was to make himself feel guilty, and he thought he had completed "redemption" when he was acquitted.
I also thought that these two sentences in the screenshot were only said by this **** policeman, but everyone other than the parties thought the same, but didn't say it.
Reminds me of "Three Billboards", many things really only the parties can feel the pain, and the chicken soup of others may be too fishy for them, and they feel nauseous when they smell it.
