genetics of memory

Human physical characteristics can be inherited and evolved from generation to generation through DNA, so can thoughts and memories be genetically evolved?

Before the Internet age, it seemed that memory could only be confirmed and perpetuated through external books and education. Then in the era of the Internet and AI, when the electronic brain can connect to the Internet and obtain information at will, how can human beings realize the distinction between evolution and individuals?

If memory and body are completely separated, a person cannot be called a person. Life is dependent on brain activity, and memory is just a record of human past behavior, just a bunch of data. This is also why the major still retains at least part of his brain, rather than a fully digital network AI.

Changning Raffles re-watched it, and it was the first time (??) in my life that I ran to eat hot pot and sweated together. . . When I read it, I kept thinking, I have a dull aptitude, and I think I am afraid that I will never be able to write novels again. After so many years, I still do not understand what literature is: if art is not an appealing story for an argument to be flesh and blood, then What can art be like? Thinking about it now, this is probably because when I read Ted Jiang before, I thought he was not really good. His texts basically follow this pattern. I also feel this way when I read "The Hard Work" these days, and if you want to discuss Philosophy, philosophical texts are deeper, more cutting-edge, and more enjoyable, but what Borges is Borges is definitely not in his old-fashioned philosophical arguments. Where is the problem? Weaving into a story shell is just to let others accept and understand it with the narrative and logic in it, and even "touch people with emotion", but a work does not always need readers (not really need any The works of the reader, but there are works without love),

In 1995, Japan was able to produce this kind of animated film about future humanity, human consciousness, and philosophy. The shocking soundtrack hits the soul directly, and sighs where the fate of mankind will go.

Ghost in the Shell quotes

  • Major Motoko Kusanagi: You talk about redefining my identity. I want a guarantee that I can still be myself.

Puppet Master: There isn't one. Why would you wish to? All things change in a dynamic environment. Your effort to remain what you are is what limits you.

  • Batou: [on radio] So what's the latest word on your "Puppet Master"?

Batou: [pause as the chief watches the witness on monitor] Chief? Are you there? Come in...

Section 9 Department Chief Aramaki: He's only a puppet himself...
