First movie I watched in 2018. Because I'm considering whether to watch the 2018 part, let's take a look at the original version first.
After watching it, I can't say enough. Maybe this movie should be seen in the same era.
I don't have preconceived feelings for the protagonists, so I'm just watching the story.
Over the past 20 years, there have been too many movies about brothers, friendship and heroes, and the impact may not be as strong as when the movie first came out.
There are some obvious problems in the film that make people scratch their heads.
For example, is it a good policeman's move to be so reckless and only break into the crowd of the opponent's camp?
There are still a lot of handsome shootout scenes, shooting directly from the open space, and discarding all the bunkers next to it. Is it too exaggerated?
I can still understand my brother's resentment towards my brother. Rather than indirectly killing my father or affecting his promotion, it is better to say that the person whom I once loved and respected suddenly shattered. But if the elder brother wants to save his younger brother's feelings, can he only arrange for the younger brother to die and the elder brother to risk his life to save him?
There are also many characters who won't die no matter how they fight. I thought they were going to die, but they actually stood up again and so on...
I watched the first and second parts together, so let's evaluate them together, the feeling is similar. The second part forced Chow Yun-fat to come back. I didn't get both of them. What is the true character of the hero?
Another feeling is that from "The True Color of Heroes" in the 1980s to "Infernal Affairs" after the 2000s, it seems that people who have done wrong have been discussing how difficult it is to be a good person.

Finally finished the first two. Obviously the second part is unfinished, obviously the third part has a lot more significance, okay, why is the score reversed, the male audience is the same as the director who secretes too much androgen hormones, right...

Goodbye, Jianghu! 25 Key Words for the 25th Anniversary of "The True Color of Heroes": http://news.mtime.com/2011/09/29/1471697.html —— …… In order to speed up, John Woo and Tsui Hark even prepared for "The True Color of Heroes 2" I found Ni Kuang to rewrite the script, but until the filming started, no complete script appeared. In desperation, Tsui Hark only ordered: John Woo took Chow Yun-fat and Shi Tian to the United States for half of the filming, and the remaining half was filmed in Hong Kong with Di Lung and Leslie Cheung! As a result, "The True Color of Heroes 2" became a film under the name of director Wu Yusen, but actually Xu and Wu divided the work. But John Woo was even more overwhelmed by the short-term mission to the United States, because some plays in the United States had no scripts at all, and only had an ambiguous outline. For this reason, John Woo simply cheered the team and went over to film and write, compared to the schedule in Hong Kong. Tsui Hark is really miserable. ...-10222
