The style of the film is what I like. I always have a carefree, quiet and beautiful impression of small towns in the United States in the 1950s. The tone of the film is also the same at the beginning, but it is actually a dark humor + Thriller and absurd drama, there are many ugly souls against a quiet and beautiful appearance. Whether it's the brain-dead racism or the murder of a wife to deceive insurance, it can be seen that it is the director's reflection on some social ugliness and human greed. Unfortunately, the film is not particularly touching. It may be racial discrimination and wife murder to deceive insurance. The lines are a bit scattered, the combination is not so tight, the climax is not obvious, and there is no breaking point, but the acting skills of the actors are really textbook acting!
