I wish I had a childlike innocence no matter how old I was.

I really like these kinds of movies.

Whether it's the Harry Potter series and where are the Fantastic Beasts behind it, the anime series of Hayao Miyazaki, or the Night at the Museum series, I love them all. I like all things that are fantastic and beautiful but not pompous, all of them are very healing for me, and it makes me happy to watch when I am sick or depressed.

Haimo is really good, I'm a bit blind, I always recognize people by clothes, the two brothers have been wearing different clothes, plus I've been paying attention to the plot the whole time, I didn't realize they were twins after reading it, but I thought they were all good-looking, but when I saw other people's comments, I went back and looked at them and found out that they really were. At such a young age, you can play two characters so well, and the people still look good, it's really awesome!

As I get older and I get more and more aware of the dark side of the world, I like to see beautiful things to heal myself more and more. I hope I can always have a childlike innocence. At twenty-two, I still have.

    1. Once such fantasy/magic movies were my favorite, nowadays, I see more and more rare movies like this; 2. I noticed that I have seen so many Freddie Haimer's works, no wonder He is so familiar to me; 3. At first sight, Sarah Berg felt like "Hermione" Emma Watson, and then he felt closer to Alan Page; 4. Evil Spirit Was the death of Mogras set up a bit "casually/chuckling"? ...

As long as the children are good-looking and the stories do not challenge the limits of human endurance, children's films can still be watched, but this basic requirement still fails with many films. Fortunately, this film is not.

The Spiderwick Chronicles quotes

  • [Jared comes up with a plan to look for Arthur Spiderwick by using a griffin]

Jared Grace: [about Arthur] He had a pet!

Mallory Grace: A pet? And Fluffy the dog is gonna save us?

Jared Grace: It wasn't a dog. It was this, a griffin. 'When I call upon him in the native tongue of the tree elf with whom he dwells, he comes to my assistance.' See? His pet can find him.

Mallory Grace: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Summon a griffin, in native tree elf to find a 125-year-old man who may or may not be alive? That's our plan?

    Jared Grace: Mm-hmm.

Mallory Grace: And you know how to summon a griffin in native tree elf?

Mallory Grace: [Jared turns to the page on how to summon a griffin] Of course.

  • [Thimbletack encourages the kids to ride the griffin to Arthur Spiderwick]

Mallory Grace: What? You want us to ride that beast?

    Thimbletack: He's not a beast. He's a bird. He's a big-boned bird!
