Looking back a few years later, I found that this movie version is the origin of the Attack in the Shell series. The character setting, music, painting, and worldview set the tone for the entire series in just over 80 minutes. The narration is concise, neat and complete, the rhythm is ups and downs, the atmosphere and tone are rendered in place with distinct personality, and there are countless classic shots. The most laudable part is the climax: exposed to the danger of death and racing against time, Motoko and the puppet master have a silent dialogue in each other's infiltration, but at the last critical moment is interrupted by an almost fatal sniper, plus imaginative At the end of the book, the subject of what is human is advanced beyond a general philosophical discussion. Even if I remember the plot, I am more attracted to watch it again, and I can understand its wonderfulness better.
