"Strange Talk" by Masaki Kobayashi, love it. Adapted from Koizumi Yakumo's novel collection, it consists of four short stories. I can't believe it was a film made in 1964. It cost 350 million yen that year. The photography is absolutely amazing, and it creates a gorgeous, mysterious and eerie beautiful world.
"Snow Girl": I love the setting and photography of this story. Silent snow, gorgeous fields, and the beauty of autumn. In the story of "Liao Zhai", Xue Nv sucked people's souls on snowy days. Because she fell in love with the youth, the youth promised not to tell others about it, and Xue Nv let him go. And incarnate a woman to fall in love with him and have a child. One day, when the three children were sleeping, the husband and wife were gossiping, and the man said that. The snow girl instantly changed into a training dress, and disappeared without looking back.
The music in "No Erfang One" shows the simple and pure oriental classical feelings. Blind monk Fangyi played the pipa so much that even the ghosts of the Heike family loved it, but over time, it would inevitably lead to longevity. The old monk wrote scriptures and mantras on his whole body, telling him that no matter what happened, he would not answer. Du Du forgot his two ears, and the ghost warrior came to summon him at night, but no one was seen, only two ears were seen, and in the end he could only take them back to the lord.
