The film describes by Jean. Reynolds and Christian. The knight Godfrey, played by Clavier, and his squire, Lafry Pouilly, were thrown into modern times by a wizard's mistake in 1122. They are amazed by modern facilities such as telephones, cars, bathrooms, etc., and perform a series of jokes. Director Jean-Mari. Poiret is good at highlighting and playing the role of the actor, focusing on an eclectic mix of witty writing, burlesque and Gallic humor. This film "plays" with a thousand-year-long "time difference", making full use of Zhang Guan Li Dai and outdated customs, and revolves around the surprise of medieval visitors faced with the ugly encounters of the modern electronic world. It uses a lot of special effects perfectly, so it becomes a hilarious thriller comedy
