At first I thought it was a guide to escape and self-help, but it turned out to be my spiritual redemption.
As far as horror is concerned, I feel that the most terrifying part of the whole film is the scene where the heroine breaks free from the handcuffs, which is really bloody...
Breaking free from all the shackles is scary, but it's better than being stuck there for the rest of your life.
Fortunately, there were no surprises at the end, which also means that the film is more about self than reality in what it talks about, so overall it's still pretty good.
