At first I thought it was a logical reasoning film, because this is the atmosphere where this film started. The elevator blocks the space, and the lights are on and off. All sorts of criminals with criminals in the elevator. They suspect and hurt each other.
I have been watching and guessing, which is in line with the idea of logical killing, and the film creates a lot of weird atmosphere, which makes it more attractive to solve the case and who is the murderer.
Among them, there are security guards who deliberately set off a supernatural atmosphere. I always thought it was a smoke bomb. Maybe he and the murderer were accomplices.
Thought there would be an unexpected outcome at the end, maybe a reversal, and the audience was hooked.
Who knows, I really think highly of you, the screenwriter and director, the supernatural film in one second, the front is full of mysteries.
At first, I thought it was illogical for the murderer to kill in the elevator, because he couldn't escape either. It was illogical that people jumped off the building to die at first. The death of the repairman is also illogical. The death of the old security guard is also illogical. Only then did I realize that the filming of the right film is illogical, that is, it does not reason with you.
It's the devil who killed them, so perfunctory to the audience, the screenwriter couldn't figure out the motive for the murder, so he made up a devil to prevaricate it. Suddenly I felt that the screenwriter and director were insulting the audience's IQ.
If the ending is that the elevator suddenly goes dark, (the old woman is really dead and not cheating), when the rescuers enter the elevator, the woman is gone, and the man is dead. And maybe she ran away, maybe she was a devil, and stopped abruptly. Although this ending is still unconvincing, it will give the audience a lot of room to think.
If someone told you before watching this film, you don't need to think about the motive, because in the end it was the devil who killed them. They are all evil criminals. Everyone's interest is probably low. Yep, that's where the movie sucks. No logic pretends to have logic.
I can't explain the plot of this film from the following three aspects.
1. This film was originally a horror film, and it was originally told that the devil killed people at the beginning. So I have to ask, in the Western religious classics, demons only kill bad people, and punishing evil and promoting good doesn’t seem like a demon’s style. There is no such demon in the Bible. Could it be that the devil was influenced by God and turned into an angel?
2. It is the devil who said to take away these wicked people, because it is just as wicked as it is. But the man had to be forced to reflect and confess his guilt. Devil where you are. Is it a demon in an angel's coat, or an angel in a demon's coat?
3. Demons are the people in these elevators, they are all kinds of evil. Then the old man is not a god or an angel, but he will touch such a principle again. That is, God will influence the wicked, so that their hearts will be good, and they will recognize the mistakes they have committed. God loves his people and forgives their guilt. God will not kill people. To influence that man to admit his mistake is what God should do.
At the end of the detective's sentence i forgive you, it is difficult for the detective's seemingly tall personality to save this film from becoming an unfinished film with chaotic logic everywhere.
In short, no matter if you look at this film from religious films, horror films, suspense films, there is no logical explanation.
