There are really a lot of close-ups in the movie, especially on the faces of the actors, giving a realistic feeling to the audience. Plenty of long shots are also employed, particularly when Connie is arrested and Ray falls off the tall building. The cameras are shaky sometimes, and the neon color is widely utilized in the dark. In a word, the use of cinematography here is pure art.
In addition, the movie achieves some hilarious effects when Connie pretends to be the security guard and the real security guard is arrested.
In a nutshell, with its stylish soundtrack, the movie is a pretty fun thrill ride, and is absolutely worth watching.
