The plot of the film is interlocking with ups and downs, full of black humor, and has a very high viewing value; the second is particularly "black", the two protagonists are policemen, but there is no good person in the film, only bad people and worse people— - Attempts to incorporate some comical elements into the dark crime story to neutralize the film's gloomy tone, it has a strong taste of dark humor, such as the scene where the body is transported through the ventilation duct to the mother's coffin - using a soldier model toy to pull the corpse. The soldier model toy has two characteristics, one is that it climbs very slowly, and the other is that it will make a sound of shooting every few steps. These two features bring about two functions respectively - crawling slowly makes the protagonist more anxious, and the audience is more anxious; the sound makes people outside the room aware of the abnormality in the room, which further enhances the urgency of the situation.
"To the End" is a wonderful "two heroes" movie. Compared with traditional works of the same type, its biggest breakthrough is that both sides of the confrontation are in the righteous camp (the police), but they are both bad guys. It's just that one is bad and the other is worse. In the end, the small evil had to resist under the pressure of the big evil, and the tension of the plot came from this.
