Can't stop laughing at the end?
It's very similar to Killing Mom's shooting style, with a lot of narration, soundtrack and slow motion. A lot of jittery footage, it also looks a little more human. Dolan must be an ultra-romantic person at heart, and he seems to be very chasing the beauty of every shot, and watching his films is a pleasure to both visually and aurally. In other words, the content of the unit shots is less, and the plot part feels a little weaker, more like...MV? I really like Dolan's style of shooting. If there is a good script, coupled with Dolan-style shots, it is even more exciting.
As a fan of Dolan, can't help but give one more star??
PS. Bang Bang is so good too.
