Aside from the shaky and deliberately unclear shots, the rendered images, and the characters who are volatile in the emotional world, what impressed me most about the film was the film's lines, humorous and wise, Kaneshiro Takeshi's self-narration about canned food, he and Brigitte Lin in the bar The conversation with Tony Leung, the monologue about towels, cans, clothes, and the room, and the sales of Tony Leung by the store owner are all excellent lines. In general, everything outside the film is directly serving the emotions that the director wants to express, even if it is a discussion about a specific thing or some deliberate shots, which makes this film so rich. The emotional expression is touching.
Lovelorn, love, secret love, ambiguous, the vague state of emotion always has a shelf life, but loneliness and loneliness does not; canned pineapple, chef salad and California, passing by in the vast sea of people, may become a period of time. The beginning of fate; hot and strong emotions, vague and illusory images, romantic and self-emotional, fairy tale-like beauty but reality as true, it is really beautiful and fascinating.
