Maybe because I am not a long-distance runner, I have a different kind of admiration for long-distance runners.
McFarland is a real backcountry. Jim White started out as a poor coach. He chose to stay in McFarland because he was moved by the warm and down-to-earth folk customs of the town. He found several Latinos with long-distance running talents. After descending from the children, they formed a long-distance running team. They are friendly and like family. They influence each other and trust each other. Because of belief, this long-distance running team has won again and again. Later, it even created a new long-distance running record.
It can be said that they found their own life value together and realized their respective dreams.
