As a film adapted from a drama, there are many flaws and grooves. It relies entirely on dialogue to promote the development of the plot, and the director's lack of skill is obvious. As actors, the male and female protagonists performed well, and the story also had a sense of heaviness in that era. Unfortunately, the narrative and presentation of the story prevented the overall quality of the film from being improved. The theme of the film is worth everyone's pondering. Is the family barrier protecting you? Or imprison you? Facing the heart and giving the truest answer, family relationship is by no means an umbrella, nor a shackle of life, but needs to be managed with heart, faced with sincerity, and open-minded in order to experience the tender spiritual harbor.
