The film tells the story of Ali, a poor boy who lost his sister's shoes for repair. In order to understand his father's inability to buy new shoes, he begged his sister to take turns wearing his old sneakers to school with him. Later, he found out that he was participating in a running competition. The third runner-up can get a new pair of sneakers as a prize, so he tried his best to participate, and he just wanted to get the third place, but unexpectedly ran first. This film is as fresh and simple as many Iranian films, sincerely depicting the real life of Iranians, showing the human kindness hidden in the embarrassed and difficult civilian life, and taking the audience back to the pure and pure world. "Little Shoes" is a fairy tale dedicated to adults, awakening people's distant memories of childhood, and then thinking of the relationship between poor life and simplicity, innocence, kindness, and happiness.
