In the film, the naturally optimistic and neurotic elves and the boring Bognans represent two completely different positions on the issue of "happiness", the pursuit of materialization and the release of nature. The Bognans believe that only eating elves can The happiness obtained is not even pinned on the act of eating itself, but is rigidly focused on the elves, revealing an extreme objectification of happiness. And the elves seem to have been on the other extreme from the start, and their never-ending revelry has brought disaster for them. The subsequent stories intertwined the two, using a Bo Yan family version of "Cinderella" to explain how to release inner emotions and find true happiness between love and friendship. The characters express their emotions just right, touchingly simple.

Although the form is naive, the content and themes are still mainstream and profound. In fact, I mainly go to listen to songs.

Think of that sentence again: happiness and unhappiness are both precious emotional experiences of human beings, as long as they are truly felt with their hearts, people do not necessarily have to be happy. Two and a half stars.

Trolls quotes

  • Poppy: [after hugging] Thank you.

    Branch: No. Thank you.

    Poppy: For what?

Branch: For showing me how to be, happy.

Poppy: Really? You're finally happy?... Now?

Branch: I think so. Happiness is inside of all of us, right? Sometimes you just need someone to help you find it.

  • Bridget: [to King Gristle at dinner - being directed by Branch] Your eyes!... They're like, two pools, so deep, I fear, if I dive in, I might never come up for air... And your smile, the sun itself turns jealous and refuses to come out from behind the clouds, knowing, it cannot shine half as bright.
