Stories are diluted and glorified history, so those unbleached documentaries are more shocking than movies, such as "Night and Fog". Jack said in "Hotel Rwanda": "I think if people see this video, they'll just say, 'Oh, God, this is horrible' and go on with their dinner." After watching this, I suddenly thought, What if you don't continue with dinner? We are the tiny dust in the torrent of history, with personal destiny, family well-being on our shoulders, and civic consciences on our shoulders. Such a body that is carrying a load, how can it survive if it still bears all the suffering of mankind in its heart? Those shocking images, those horrific atrocities, and those bloody history will only make you feel ashamed of being a human being in a deep horror. Thinking about it this way, numbness and forgetfulness are not ways for human beings to protect themselves.
