Does IQ still matter under capitalism?

We all believe in Darwin's theory of evolution by natural selection. Although this kind of natural selection is cruel, at least our direction is good, but it turns out that under today's capitalism, a good direction does not mean cultivating IQ. Before discussing IQ, we need to clarify the concept of IQ again. Naturally high IQ should account for a small proportion, which means that the society needs to continue to cultivate cutting-edge talents to become the pillars of development in the day after tomorrow. However, does the development of today's capitalism need this group of talents? The so-called capital, in fact, is still the rules of the game controlled by money.
