A romantic comedy that doesn't count as a graduation guide

"I am not waiting anymore. I'm done. I may not know exactly what my future looks like, but I do know one thing. You're not in it." I prefer this line.

Okay, let's talk about the plot of the movie itself.

First of all, I decided to watch the movie after seeing the name of the movie, and then I found that the translated name really does not match the name post grad and the content of the movie itself.

The film introduces a heroine who was very planned in high school and college, but it is clear that in her planned career, the step to the publishing house Haberman & Browning caught her off guard. After that, the heroine kept looking forward, ignoring the "spare tire" male protagonist who was silently guarding her side. By chance, she met a neighbor and almost fell in love with the neighbor. Then, the position of the publishing house is vacant, and the heroine gets a chance. Of course, what I didn't expect was that the female lead chose to give up her job and went to New York alone to come to the place where the male lead lived.

What I think is very interesting is that after the female protagonist came to the male protagonist's residence, after a deep confession, she saw another girl in the room and left in a hurry. [Maybe this is often the ending in real life. ] However, as a comedy movie, how can the final ending not be a happy ending: the male protagonist catches up with the female protagonist and explains to the female protagonist that the girl is just an assistant. The happy ending is the kiss of the male and female protagonists.

  • Hunter Malby: [Sees Ryden on top of David] Cool.

    [Carmella covers his eyes]

  • Ryden Malby: Hey. Life sucks without you. I miss you. Of course I miss you, I knew that I would. But it's not like a, 'hey, we had some great times, you know, keep in touch' kind of thing. It's more like, 'I can't eat, I can't sleep, I forget what it feels like to laugh' kind of thing. And I really think that when you left, you took my heart with you.
