Marvel's most brain-burning comics ever, yellow-eyed demons, angry boys, such as the evil characters that connect the whole show (it is still uncertain whether these are one of David's many personalities or may be the real face of the villain Lenny) frequently Appearances, disjointed time and space narratives, a lot of monochromatic (especially red) camera scenes... these elements of the thriller make it seem like Marvel and FX are working together, because that's where American Horror is produced.
Personally think that so far, Marvel has clearly sorted out the three major routines in TV. 1. The most "main theme" S.H.I.E.L.D./Reunion series that has cooperated with ABC, including the cut agent Carter and other possible spin-offs in the future, Inhumans? 2. The darker but more "approachable" Defenders series in partnership with Netflix, currently four are about to be collected. 3. With a large group of TV stations like FX that hold popular horror and thriller dramas, I wonder if the X-MEN series TV that may appear in the future will be contracted by FX?
