The director of "Fish Tank" has many similarities with the fish tank. The close-up handheld photography makes the hot sweat, alcohol, and marijuana hormones pass through the screen. This isn't a road trip mixtape though, it's a sweet and heartbreaking story of a girl growing up on the road. What moved me the most was that even with her background, she could stick to the principle of not lying, and she didn't end everything after being hurt, tough girl, she will get through it.
Everyone's definition of freedom is different. Some people think that it is freedom to gallop, sing, and enjoy themselves on the road (of course, not selling magazines for a living like them), and others, like star and jack, think that it is not necessary to have a roof of their own. Wandering is freedom. Star was trapped in a quagmire life at first, and seeing that her peers yearned for this kind of "freedom" of course, so she fled, and she was surprised that she left her younger siblings so easily, thinking that it would be a conscientious eldest sister who gave up for her responsibilities free cliche~
This movie is really long!
