How to smash an interesting series? The Underworld series is a good answer. The action in the last movie was terrible, but the story was smooth, but the story in this one was too jumpy and torn. Originally, this series also sells settings and action scenes. The director of the first two films, Len West, contributed action scenes with a strong sense of rhythm, especially in the second film, the part where the heroine chases the car with the big boss is still unforgettable. The Gothic worldview is also refreshing. In the fifth part, the action scenes are like a routine to put together the old settings: black leather jackets with double guns, werewolves and vampires fighting... But these elements are really uninspiring. This husband and wife team is not even as interesting as the next door "Resident Evil", and it fails.
