A movie that fits the scene

This movie was chosen without any premeditated intent. I probably also wanted to look back at the teenage years when I smashed American youth films, so I saw Duff starring, and I watched this with a little hesitation.

It just so happened that today, because of all kinds of trivial matters, I ushered in the feeling of pain and despair, thinking that today may become the camel that was crushed to death by the last straw. When I was about sixteen or seventeen years old or younger, I was a cynical like Greta at heart, and there were always so many desperate days a month. Later, after gradually becoming secularized, no longer cynical, but also troubled by many worldly spiritual troubles.

This is a film with an unattractive introduction and indescribable content, but when watching the film, I was inexplicably infected by the New Jersey beach sunshine, as if I could recall some happy moments in childhood and some fantasy moments in my childhood. Gramma in the film said that the future has infinite possibilities and all kinds of wonderful things, so against the backdrop of the golden summer sun in the film, this expectation was also conveyed to me watching the film.

We should all look forward to the future, after all, there are many unpredictable surprises in the twenties. So even if you occasionally return to that sentimental and sensitive constitution, you have to slowly feel other souls who have learned to feel worldly pleasures most of the time.

I have to say that watching some movies when they are not in season seems to be forcing themselves to read a lengthy journal, but watching movies when they are in season is just right.

According to Greta quotes

  • Julie: You know, you can't control every damn thing that happens in your life.

  • Greta: She must have been pretty.

    Julie: Who?

    Greta: R.S.

    Julie: R.S. was a he.

    [awkward silence, then Julie laughs]

Julie: No, not like that. He was a good friend of mine.

Greta: Does he have your initials tattooed on his wrist?

    Julie: No.

    Greta: Why not?

    Julie: 'Cause I'm not dead.
