Put aside the metaphors for government functional departments, just talk about the plot. The plot is a little procrastinated, and finally the father shaved his head and revenge began to ignite. However, the segment of true revenge is too short. The title of the film is Illegal Sanctions, but I'm a little disappointed with the length of the real 'sanctions'. There are still some places where the explanation is unclear. Mom's fate is too direct, and even Dad doesn't even have a sad line. However, the film links family love, especially father-son relationship with gangsters and revenge, which is quite interesting.
