Lens Language & Self Experience

The overall camera cut was actually not as good as I killed my mom. But the expression of the good friends duo in the same frame, the subtle changes and the underlying background of the camera are really awesome~! It can be called a textured comedy haha~ I imagined that the camera switching is much less than the first one, the picture of cotton candy rain is sentimental.

As for the effect of interspersed character monologues? Might want to convey a universal meaning?

And, although Dolan's film has a lot of self-experience in it, it can still be seen that he jumps out of an experience itself to objectively express something, such as the method at the end of the film that is a bit like a loopback mode.

A lustful threesome, and a wounded forever friendship. As in the previous part, a lot of monologues and slow long shots give the whole film more room for obscenity. Brother Xavier is still so cute, what is he doing! ! ! ! ! ! Come and collect this monster!

  • Marie: I love to smoke. Smoking a cigarette is like... forgetting. When I hit rock bottom, it's all I have. Light up, smoke up, shut the fuck up. It hides the shit. The smoke... hides... the shit. There's menthol and vanilla. Some people like 'em. Menthol cigarette. Vanilla cigarette. Chocolate cigarette. Cigarette cigarette. Cigarettes clearly keep me from going crazy. Keeps me alive. It keeps me alive until I die.
